Having the blindfolds offered in multiple colors from the collector doesn't seem impossible though, keeping in mind then that you'll only see default dyes and not combinations (too many of those!). But Anet has often added content in after a release, so I might remain hopeful until GW2.

The problem is they never worked on such a huge program while programming the additional content. So I am not so hopeful.

Same for me, and then, even longer until we can dye it, which is likely never.

So why didnt they make a blindfold for each class? Couldnt have taken that much longer. They look pretty bad as implemented with the clipping and being undyable to boot. I'm not sure I'd have added them to the game as is, though I understand their not wanting to drop it altogether when they ran out of time in the QA process.
They're a nice idea though. I'd have gotten one if you could dye it, as I *believe* on my hair style there isnt a clipping issue, as Treya's hair is bald in back where it'd tie, but the wafts of bangs hanging down might interfere, now that I think about it.

Now some ANet guy talked about how u need to take care about your customers and stuff but now the company decided not to fix freaking glitches. Man I never thought i will ever criticise ANet.

Criticize every game company in existence, then. Anet isn't unique here. This scenario also doesn't hold more weight just because it's character armor - it's understandable to me precisely because it's character armor, and in one of the most complicated sockets: by the head. Some hairstyles naturally work with this object, and some will interact in slightly worse ways. And I say slightly worse. So far, I haven't seen a single screenshot to which I would point as truly problematic.

I hope my thread will be useful for ppl who want to make a blindfold.
Maybe some of my screenshots will match someone hairstyle so they'll have an idea about making it or not.
If anyone who read this thread and have a character that already make a blindfold and want to share it, pls contact me via PM or ingame so I'll cap your pics and post it here

You can't put a blindfold on properly if you can't see.
Doh.

What's the point in putting them in the game if they look like c**p, seriously.
I have the glasses and my char's hair go through the glass witch is annoying.
If I knew this beforehand I wouldn't of bought them.
The blind fold looks awful unless your bald. Glad I saw this thread before I started farming for it. I won't bother now .
I don't want my post to sound all negative. I love GW:EN in total, I think its a great add on.
